The AdvocateLoop widget is an embeddable component that handles two things on your site: it lets referred visitors claim their discount, and it lets existing customers sign up as advocates to share your brand.

Two modes

The widget shows the right view automatically, based on whether the visitor arrived through a referral link.

• Claim mode — for referred visitors. They enter their email to claim the referral discount.
• Share mode — for everyone else. They enter their email to become an advocate and receive their own referral link to share.

Three ways to add it

• Any website — add the tracking script, then place a widget wherever you want it. Works on Shopify, Squarespace, custom builds, and more.
• WordPress / WooCommerce — use the shortcode; the plugin handles configuration for you.
• No website needed — use your hosted brand page at go.advocateloop.com/your-slug, a ready-made page you can share as a link.

Configuring how it looks

The widget’s appearance and copy — headline, button text, colors, messages — are set in your dashboard under Configure → Widget. See Widget Settings.
