Hosted Brand Page

Your hosted brand page is a ready-made referral page that AdvocateLoop hosts for you. It shows your logo and your referral widget, so visitors can claim a discount or sign up as an advocate — with no website and nothing to embed. It’s the fastest way to start, and a clean link to share even if you do have a site.

Your page lives at an AdvocateLoop link using your brand name as the slug — for example go.advocateloop.com/your-brand-name. The slug is set from your brand name automatically; you don’t choose it.

Before you start

  • Hosted pages are available on paid plans. On a free plan, you’ll see an option to upgrade.
  • You’ll need owner, admin, or manager access to enable it.

Enable your page

You manage the hosted page from Admin → Domains, in the Hosted page card.

  1. Open Admin → Domains and find the Hosted page card.
  2. Click Enable hosted page.
  3. What happens next depends on your domains:
    • Instant approval — if your brand name matches a verified domain, your page is approved right away.
    • Team review — otherwise, your request is reviewed by our team. You can add evidence (links to your website, storefront, or social profiles) to help the review along.

Once approved, flip the toggle to take your page live, then copy and share the URL.

Instant approval with a verified domain

If you’ve verified a domain that matches your brand name, your hosted page is approved instantly — no review needed. If not, requests are reviewed manually. The common reasons a request goes to review are:

  • You haven’t verified any domains yet.
  • Your brand name doesn’t match your verified domain.
  • Your verified domains span multiple root domains.

Verifying a matching domain (under Admin → Domains) is the quickest path to instant approval.

When your hosted page is live, an Auto claim widget on your site option becomes available. It’s managed alongside your other widget settings in Configure → Widgets.

Once it’s live, share your go.advocateloop.com/your-brand-name link anywhere — social bios, email signatures, newsletters, or a QR code.
